Your responsibilities

As a host at Padel Mate Club, you ensure:

  • Warm welcome: You greet our Padel Mates with a smile
  • Reservations: You organise the court bookings and keep track of everything
  • Events: You help with the preparation, execution and dismantling of our cool club activities and events
  • Coordination: You coordinate events and welcome participants
  • Club culture You contribute to a positive and friendly atmosphere within the club
  • Information: You keep our Padel Mates informed about schedule updates and other important matters
  • Collaboration: You are working together with the entire Padel Mate Club team to achieve our goals
  • HoReCa However, you staff the bar and make sure that everyone is provided with a nice drink and a snack

Who are you?

  • Horeca, hospitality or customer service experience
  • At least 20 years
  • Available for a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Flexible available, in evenings and at weekends
  • Welcoming and open attitude
  • Service-oriented and focused on a positive customer experience
  • Able to work independently and take responsibility
  • Able to handle pressure and adapt quickly during busy periods
  • Representative and professional appearance
  • An affinity with sport/padel is an advantage
  • Good command of Dutch and English
  • Willing to take on a variety of tasks: guest reception, bar, telephone/WhatsApp, reservations and light operational duties
  • Proactive: spots work that needs doing and doesn't wait to be asked
  • Team player who works well with coaches and colleagues
